Don and I just want to thank you again for your patience, diligence and follow-through, the combination of which helped make it possible for our home in southwest Boise to sell - and swiftly, too. The real proof of your effectiveness, as I suggested to you in an earlier conversation, is to take a cruise though our old neighborhood and look at all the "For Sale" signs (probably faded by now!) in front of the homes of some of our former neighbors. Although it is truly an attractive neighborhood, most of the homes have been on the market for many, many months and in some cases well over a year, despite price reductions.
We consider ourselves fortunate indeed to have listed ours with you in March, received an offer in early June, and moved into our new home in July. Considering the glut of homes on the market and our former property's proximity to I-84, I don't think this would have been possible without the benefit of working with a realtor of your experience and talent.
